What can we learn from Julian of Norwich? We find she is a perfect example of inner resilience during medieval 14th century England. Throughout her life there were multiple plagues, war and peasants uprisings about taxation, sounds like today! I tell the tale of her day-to-day life an an Anchorite, locked in a religious cell for 40 years and how she found inner resilience, kept herself serene and sane.
She wrote the first book by a woman in the UK, after a near death experience. Her writings only just survived 700 years, to become the famous "Divine Revelations of Love" about her relationship to source after mystically receiving many visions of Jesus Christ passion, when on her deathbed.
